    Loren Miller is the founder of Execlor and a business and sales coach with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, sales leadership, and organizational development. He works with executives, sales leaders, and business owners to eliminate ambiguity, build enforcement-based sales systems, and develop the leadership capacity required to operate correctly under pressure. His approach is direct, diagnostic, and results-oriented — built from two decades of doing the work at every level, not consulting from the outside.

    Loren Miller began his career as a shed delivery driver — a starting point that shaped everything that followed. He transitioned into sales, and within a year was leading teams. Over the next two decades, he rose through the ranks of the manufacturing and building industry, eventually serving as a Director of Sales and Division Leader, where he was a member of the executive leadership team and helped lead the organization through a merger that expanded its sales operations into new product lines.

    Throughout his career, Loren developed a firsthand understanding of what breaks inside sales organizations — not from observation, but from operating inside them at every level. He managed reps, built processes, oversaw retail display strategy, led vendor partnerships, and navigated the organizational complexity that comes with growth and change. He also experienced the isolation that defines most leadership roles: being the person everyone looks to with no one to turn to themselves.

    That experience became the foundation for Execlor. Loren founded the practice to address a specific and recurring problem: leaders and sales organizations that are capable but operating without the systems, enforcement, or clarity required to perform consistently. His methodology is built around constraint diagnosis, enforcement-based execution, and proof-gated accountability — the philosophy that good intentions without consequences produce nothing.

    Today, Loren works with business owners, VP-to-C-suite executives, and corporate sales teams across the manufacturing and building industry — and beyond. His engagements include 1:1 owner coaching, corporate sales team turnarounds, executive productivity coaching through the Full Focus system, and peer group facilitation for sales leaders in the building industry. He also co-facilitates the Shed Sales Leader Peer Group in partnership with Shed Advisor.

    Beyond his business career, Loren has held leadership roles in nonprofit and community organizations, including serving as President of a volunteer fire company and co-leading counseling and support groups. He grew up on a farm in Virginia — an upbringing that instilled the work ethic, accountability, and solutions-oriented mindset that continue to shape his coaching philosophy.
